Dancing in public places should not only be accepted, but encouraged. People would be much cheerier.
That’s really all I had to say. It’s cold. It snowed. Now is the winter of our discontent and so forth.

Though…the people who are feeling miserable would either feel better, or get even more depressed.

I’ve been in a conga line on the subway! I’ve actually been to two public transit parties and one tea parties. I have fun.
